What to Expect:
This class is for teens with no prior parkour experience. It will focus on pure parkour technique and more generalized conditioning. The class focuses on developing skills such as kong-vaults, shoulder rolls, and gymnastics rolls. Obstacle courses are still used, to develop "flow" or maintain speed and power through an obstacle course.
What to Bring:
Wear clothes you can really move in (jeans are no good!)
Parkour is high impact. Shoes are recommended.
We have water, but a water bottle is recommended.
