Party & Event Packages

Parties & Events are run out of our original space! This allows for more booking time options, as well as continued privacy during parties & events. The entrance for parties and events will still be at the back of the left hand side of the building; directly across from the Fitness Depot entrance.

Cost: $299 for up to 8 participants; $25/participant for additional participants. Please note, the minimum age to participate in Parkour parties is 4, and age 6 for Nerf parties. Kids younger than 6 struggle to operate the blasters, and we want to make sure everyone has a good time. None of our options are exclusive to kids- adults are welcome to book their party or event with us too!

What’s included: Two hours of exclusive use of our space, an awesome coach facilitating your event, and pizza!

Parkour Birthday & Event Package

Looking to offer a parkour experience to your guests? With the Parkour Birthday Package, the party guests receive an hour of parkour instruction and games in the gym. The second hour provides time for any food, snacks, or other activities you wish to have. Afterwards, your attendees are free to play for the remainder of your booked time!

Nerf Blaster Birthday & Package

Want a Nerf blaster battle for your party with lots of room to run around? During the first hour, an instructor will facilitate group games and blaster battles in the gym. The second hour provides time for any food, snacks, or other activities you wish to have. Afterwards, your attendees are free to play for the remainder of your booked time!

Team Building Event

Team building events are available for both our Parkour and Nerf style packages! These are tailored to include games and challenges aimed to bring your group together as a team. Team Building Events also include instruction, and pricing is the same as Nerf and Parkour party packages.

Private Gym Bookings

Cost: from $250 per two hour booking

Interested in booking with us without a special occasion attached? The base cost for our private bookings includes supervised exclusive use of our space for two hours for up to 8 participants. Additional participants can be added for $15 per participant.

School Group Bookings

Interested in coming to Playgrounds with your school group or class? We’d love to have you! Pricing depends on what you are looking for and how long you’d like to stay. Additional Booking Information

  • Bookings are subject to availability, but we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required for all bookings.

  • Bookings with participants under 6 must be accompanied by at least one adult willing to provide additional supervision during the event, as well as any toileting needs that may arise.

  • Any adult assisting attendees under 6 with participating do not count towards the participant number, but anyone on the equipment must complete our waiver.

  • Pizzas are provided for party and event packages: cheese and pepperoni, quantity based on party size. Additional pizzas are also available for $20/pizza.

  • Plates, cutlery, napkins, decorations, drinks, cakes, etc. are not provided.

  • We do have tables, chairs and tablecloths, and you are welcome to use our water cooler for refills, as well as our fridge and freezer as needed!

  • The maximum number of participants is typically 20, but can be affected by age. Please let us know in your party inquiry notes if you have any questions around the number of participants or folks who will be present during your booking.

  • Please confirm number of participants (applicable to all types of bookings) no less than one (1) week before the event so we can staff accordingly.

  • Parties & Events with an estimated guest count of 15 or more who inform us of a decrease in 4 or more participants less than a week before the event will be subject to a $50 fee.

  • Parties and events that are cancelled more than two weeks in advance will not require full payment, however the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time, and be prepared to depart by the end of your booked time. This allows for our staff to have adequate time to facilitate transitions, and to ensure all parties and events receive their exclusive time in the gym.
