We are located at the intersection of Victoria & Frederick. Access to the building is through Frederick.

We are accessible by the 204 iXpress route on Victoria as well as the #20 Bus on Frederick.

Most programs now enter at the front of the building. Parties & events, as well as select drop in programs & Original Space Camps will continue to use the entrance at the left hand side of the building. You can see which programs are offered where below!

Our Expanded Space entrance is located at the front of the building, at the glass door that says “Welcome to Playgrounds!”. Our Original Space entrance is located at the left hand side of the building, directly across from the Fitness Depot entrance.

*March 15th & 16th we will be running pre-scheduled scheduled parties & events, but will be otherwise closed. March 21st - 23rd we will be running our in house competition. We will be open during associated events for those registered to participate or observe athletes participating!

Due to limited availability, pre-registration is recommended for all programs. Pre-registration is the only way to guarantee a spot in your desired program!

Monday: Classes 4:50-9:20pm

Tuesday: Morning Movement 7:15-8:15am; Classes 8:30-9:15am, 12:30-1:30pm & 4:50-8:10pm

Wednesday: Classes and Stay & Play 1:00-4:15pm; Classes 4:50-8:10pm; Adult Drop In Class 8:30-9:30pm & Adult Open Gym 8:30-11:00pm

Thursday: Classes 4:50-8:10pm

Friday: Adult Drop In Class 8:30-9:30pm & Adult Open Gym 8:30-11:00pm

Saturday: Classes 9:00am-1:30pm

Sunday: Classes 9am-1:30pm; All Ages Open Gym 2:00-4:00pm

Entrance around the left-hand side of the building at the back.

Our entrance is directly across from the fitness depot.

*All parties and bookings must be booked by email prior to the event. These are not offered in a drop in format.*

Tuesday: Kids Intro Drop in Class 5:30-6:30pm; Nerf Drop In 6:45-7:45pm on the following dates only: January 7th, February 4th & March 4th

Thursday & Friday: Party & booking spot available in Original Space 5:15-7:15pm

Saturday & Sunday: Party & booking times available 10:00am-12:00pm, 12:30-2:30pm, 3:00-5:00pm & 5:30-7:30pm
