Welcome to our registration page! Please use Chrome when registering, as Smartrec works best with this browser. As part of the registration process, you will be prompted to login to or sign up for a Smartrec account. You will need to add the person (or people) who will be signing up for the activity to the account before you can successfully register.

Please note, there are separate forms to fill out at the checkout process for classes and camps. If you are registering for classes and camps, you will be required to fill out the forms for both programs (for all participants).

Kids Intro Drop In Classes, Adult Drop In Classes, Open Gym, Nerf, Stay & Play and Morning Movement can be found under the “Drop In Programs” Selection. For ongoing drop in class options & full term classes, select the term option you wish to register for (Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer depending on the time of year). Please note, Summer Classes are offered in a drop in format only.

* Important Note for Summer Camp 2025! *

In response to guidance from Region of Waterloo Public Health regarding the recent increase in measles cases, all families must complete a Measles Acknowledgement Form before their child(ren) attend camp each week. This form must be completed for each week your child(ren) is/are registered for camp. You may either complete it in advance and bring it with you to camp, or fill it out in person at drop-off. If you have children in both the Original and Expanded Spaces of camp, a separate form must be submitted for the children attending in their respective space

Families will also have the option to provide their child’s two measles vaccination dates at the start of each camp week, which can help Public Health quickly verify immunization status in the event of a suspected exposure, and may help reduce the chance of unnecessary exclusions from camp. On the first day of each camp week, drop-off will begin at 8:15 AM to accommodate a vaccination check-in station for those who choose to provide this information. If you have children attending camp in both spaces, please provide the vaccination dates for your child(ren) according to the space they are registered in. Each space will have a vaccination check in station based on that space’s campers. For those attending afternoons only in the Original Space, drop off will remain at the same time.

Spring Term is now in session, but it’s not too late to register!

 

To register:

  1. Click on the program you wish to register for to see all options for classes, camps or drop in programs, etc.

  2. Alternatively, if you are looking for Open Gym 10 passes, Gift Cards, or Spectator Passes, see the heading above the program options. If you are viewing the registration page on your phone, there will be a drop down menu under “More” which displays the options for Open Gym 10 Passes and Gift Cards.

  3. If you are signing up for programs, click on the age group or program you are interested in registering for, and select your desired class time or date.

  4. On each option the “Available” section displays the remaining spots remaining for that class or program. If there are no spots available, you can still add your name to the waiting list.

  5. Please ensure to read the item description for important information regarding the program.

  6. Click “Register”. You will be prompted to login or create a Smartrec account. If possible, please use Chrome as your browser as it works best with the Smartrec Platform!

  7. When you add the item to the cart, select the participant from your account you’d like to sign up, or click “add another person” to add a new account member to register.

  8. If you would like to add additional selections to your registration, click “continue shopping”.

  9. When you are ready click “checkout” to finish your registration process!

  10. If you are registering for multiple sessions of classes at once (either one participant attending multiple weekly class times or multiple participants from the same household registering for a full term of classes), you will automatically receive a 10% discount. This discount does not apply to drop in classes.

  11. If you are registering for multiple weeks of camp at once (either one participant attending multiple weeks or multiple participants from the same household), you will automatically receive a 10% discount. This discount does not apply to PD Day Camps or Winter Break Camps.

  12. If you are experiencing technical issues, try clicking on the “having issues button”, and ensure you are using Chrome as a browser.
