Coupon Details

Your coupon entitles you to one free open gym at Playgrounds! This can be used towards All Ages Open Gym, Stay & Play and (if your athlete is 13 or older), Adult Open Gym as well.

All Ages Open Gym and Stay and Play are all offered for ages 6+, (or 3+ with accompanying adult supervision at all times). Adult Open Gym is offered for athletes ages 13+.

Each coupon can be redeemed once, with a limit of 1 coupon per family per visit. Coupons must be redeemed in person, and the coupon will be collected when you attend. In order to participate in any programs at Playgrounds, our waiver will need to be completed for each athlete participating. Our waiver can be filled in advance here, or in person prior to using any equipment. For participants under 18, waivers must be signed by the participant’s parent or legal guardian.

Coupons can be redeemed on or after September 9th, 2024, and are valid until June 30th, 2025.

Coupons can not be used as a discount towards a purchase of Open Gym 10 passes, memberships or other program registrations, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative discount.

While typically we encourage people to sign up for Open Gym programs ahead of time, we do not anticipate any issues regarding capacity. However, if you have any questions or want to confirm availability for your desired date, reach out to us at info@kwplaygrounds.ca.

Athletes participating should come wearing clothing that is easy to move in (no jeans or hanging jewelry), wear or bring clean running shoes, and bring a labeled water bottle. Other types of shoes or socks are not acceptable footwear; the alternative to running shoes is bare feet, but running shoes are recommended & preferred. If possible, lace up shoes are best!

Here are the available timings for Open Gyms and Stay & Play (see above for age restrictions & requirements):

All Ages Open Gym: Sundays 2:00pm-4:00pm

Adult Open Gym: Wednesdays & Fridays 8:30pm-11:00pm

Stay & Play: Wednesdays 2:15pm-4:15pm
